Process notes
A withdrawal can have more than one clock
Separate a request, an operator decision and the payment journey before comparing any time claim.
Start with the request
Record when a withdrawal was requested, the amount, the payment method and the reference supplied by the operator. Keep a copy of the terms that describe processing times. A processing estimate is only useful when it says what starts the clock and whether it refers to calendar or working days.
Separate the stages
The operator’s handling time and the payment provider’s transfer time are different stages. Our timeline worksheet simply adds the calendar-hour estimates you enter; it does not fetch an operator’s performance, account for bank holidays or predict the arrival of your funds.
Keep a useful record
Save confirmation messages and the dates of support exchanges. Record what was requested and what response you received. Avoid sending identity documents to unofficial addresses. A clear chronology supports a factual enquiry; it is more useful than assuming every delay has the same cause or that a payment label guarantees instant arrival.
